San Luis Obispo waltzed into their game on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They won by a goal and slipped past the Central Grizzlies 3-2. Even though the Tigers got in a bit of trouble with the refs ( Alex Ochoa was handed a red card), the team managed to overcome the adversity.

San Luis Obispo hit Central with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ochoa, Jack Dunning, and Keenan Struck.

San Luis Obispo pushed their record up to 4-2-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those four matchups. As for Central, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. San Luis Obispo will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Atascadero at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Central, they will venture away from home to take on Paso Robles at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Paso Robles will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Central surely won't give up without a fight.
