Red Mountain had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Westwood Warriors with a sharp 11-3 victory. The Mountain Lions might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 contests by six runs or more this season.

Dylan Keith looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Kale Thorson was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Bundy, who went 3-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

Red Mountain kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 18 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.

Red Mountain's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 21-5. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Westwood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-11.

Red Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Westwood, they will square off against Millennium at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. The Tigers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Warriors surely won't give up without a fight.
