Volleyball Recap: Sharpstown Takes a Loss

Sharpstown was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Waltrip Rams. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rams this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

Sharpstown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Waltrip, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Sharpstown is set to face off against their familiar foe Westbury at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Waltrip will challenge rival Galena Park at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
