Rockingham County is a perfect 3-0 against South Stokes since November of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Cougars just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Sauras at 6:30 p.m. Rockingham County will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Rockingham County made easy work of Asheboro and carried off a 48-23 victory. Fans of the Cougars have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Meanwhile, South Stokes beat McMichael 48-38 on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Sauras in their matchups with the Phoenix: they've now won five in a row.

South Stokes now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Rockingham County, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.

Everything came up roses for Rockingham County against South Stokes in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 55-24 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
