Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sunnyside). They were the clear victors by a 52-28 margin over the Wenatchee Panthers on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Grizzlies have posted against the Panthers since September 22, 2017.

Sunnyside's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Julian Villanueva led the charge by throwing for 331 yards and five touchdowns while completing 95.2% of his passes, and also rushing for 48 yards and one TD. Villanueva is becoming a predictor of the Grizzlies' success: when he posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is 2-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't). Ryan Hendrickson was Villanueva's top target, picking up nine receiving yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Sunnyside was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 278 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

The victory (which was Sunnyside's third in a row) raised their record to 3-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 45.3 points over those games. As for Wenatchee, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
