Basketball Recap: Edison Comes Up Short

If Edison was riding high fresh off their 65-25 takedown of St. Paul last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Edison Chargers lost 56-32 to the Clyde Fliers on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Chargers in their matchups with the Fliers: they've now lost seven in a row.

Edison now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Clyde, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-9.

Edison has already played their next matchup (against Willard), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Clyde is taking a road trip to challenge Sandusky at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Clyde has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
