Soccer Recap: Mariemont's Undefeated Season over After Nine Games

While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Mariemont was not quite Wyoming's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell 2-0 to the Cowboys. The loss was Mariemont's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Mariemont fell to 8-1. As for Wyoming, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0-2.

Mariemont and Wyoming should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Warriors will square off against Georgetown at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday with a big rank advantage (11 vs. 417). Meanwhile, Wyoming (ranked 37th) will meet Roger Bacon (ranked 329th) at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
