Recap: Sand Point Eagles/Lady Eagles vs. King Cove T-Jacks and Rookies
The Sand Point Eagles/Lady Eagles won the last time they faced the King Cove T-Jacks and Rookies, and things went their way on Friday too. Sand Point enjoyed a cozy 45-31 victory over King Cove. The win made it back-to-back wins for Sand Point.
Arianna Wilson had an outrageously good game as she scored 32 points. Another player making a difference was Summer Walls, who scored six points.
Sand Point's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for King Cove, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
Sand Point won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Newhalen at 10:00 a.m. on January 20th. Newhalen is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
