Flag Football Recap: Apache Junction Comes Up Short

The Apache Junction Prospectors ended up a good deal behind the ALA - Ironwood Warriors on Thursday and lost 24-6.

Apache Junction's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for ALA - Ironwood, they moved to 2-9 with that win, which also ended their nine-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Apache Junction is set to challenge their familiar foe Benjamin Franklin at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, ALA - Ironwood will face off against rival Leading Edge Academy - GEC at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
