Antonito's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 40-18 margin over the Hanover Hornets. The Trojans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Antonito got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Shyanne Martinez out in front who posted 11 points and five boards. Another player making a difference was Nakyla Naveres, who scored seven points and six rebounds.

Antonito picked up their first home win, bumping their record up to 2-11. As for Hanover, they dropped their record down to 0-18 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road.

Antonito wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 43-25 victory against Lake City Community on the 14th. As for Hanover, they will venture away from home to square off against Centennial at 2:00 p.m. on February 22nd.
