Baseball Recap: Black Hills Comes Up Short

After flying high against Centralia on Wednesday, Black Hills came back down to earth. The Wolves came up short against the Tumwater Thunderbirds on Thursday, falling 14-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Thunderbirds this season, with their most recent loss being a 11-2 defeat two weeks ago.

Black Hills' defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Tumwater, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-4.

Black Hills didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-0 loss against Aberdeen on the 29th. As for Tumwater, they have also already played their next match, a 10-0 win against Centralia on the 29th.
