The Hanks Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season. Everything went their way against Andress on Friday as Hanks made off with a 42-22 win. Winning may never get old, but Hanks sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Hanks' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Anette Hernandez, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds. Hernandez hasn't dropped below eight rebounds for 13 straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoey Burton, who scored ten points along with eight rebounds.

Hanks has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a massive bump to their 11-11 record this season. As for Andress, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.

Hanks won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Ysleta at 3:00 p.m. on December 30th. Ysleta is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses. Andress won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Chaparral at 12:30 p.m. on December 30th. Chaparral presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Andress in their respective states (Chaparral is ranked 102nd in New Mexico, while Andress is ranked 800th in Texas).
