Flag Football Recap: Archbishop Riordan Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Archbishop Riordan's offense. They took a 13-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sacred Heart Prep Gators on Monday. The Crusaders' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it four in a row.

Archbishop Riordan's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Sacred Heart Prep, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Archbishop Riordan is set to face off against their familiar foe Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Sacred Heart Prep will square off against rival St. Ignatius College Preparatory at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
