Baseball Recap: Union County Fightin' Tigers vs. Branford Buccaneers
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Union County walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Branford Buccaneers on Monday. The Fightin' Tigers not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since February 18th (when they won 13-5).

Brezdyn Browning made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Union County is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 11-13 otherwise. Browning was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with two runs. That's the most runs he has posted since back in February.
