Volleyball Recap: Barr-Reeve's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Nine

Barr-Reeve waltzed into their contest on Monday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. Everything went their way against the Wood Memorial Trojans as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Vikings also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Barr-Reeve was: they took every set by at least 17 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-6, 25-8.

Barr-Reeve was led to victory by Hallie Knepp and Lora Graber. Knepp had five digs, two aces, and one block, while Graber had eight digs and three aces. Knepp is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 16 or more in each of the last 14 games she's played.

Barr-Reeve's record is now 22-4. As for Wood Memorial, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-11.

Coming up, Barr-Reeve is taking a road trip to challenge Vincennes Lincoln at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wood Memorial, they will host North Posey at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
