It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lakeview Academy can now relate to. They fell just short of St. Andrew by a score of 45-43 on Wednesday. Lakeview Academy's defeat signaled the end of their 14-game winning streak.

St. Andrew's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ja'Cari Glover led the charge by dropping a double-double with 11 points and 15 boards. Glover is also crushing it when it comes to field goal percentage: he's posted at least 0.5 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Zayden Edwards, who posted 16 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Lakeview Academy's loss dropped their record down to 23-7. As for St. Andrew's, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 25-3.

Lakeview Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Andrew's, they will take on Brookwood at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Andrew's is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.3 points per game this season.
