Soccer Recap: Ellicott vs. Salida
Ellicott lost against Salida back in October of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Ellicott Thunderhawks came up short against the Salida Spartans, falling 5-0. The Thunderhawks haven't had much luck with the Spartans recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Ellicott's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Salida, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-1-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ellicott will stay at home for another game and welcome The Vanguard School at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Salida, they and St. Mary's are set to duel on Thursday.
