The Cardinal Gibbons Chiefs are taking a road trip to challenge the King's Academy Lions at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Cardinal Gibbons is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They blew past Atlantic Christian 3-0. The victory was nothing new for the Chiefs as they're now sitting on six straight.

Meanwhile, King's Academy came tearing into Friday's contest with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Highlanders as they made off with a 3-0 win.

King's Academy's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Cardinal Gibbons, their win bumped their record up to 17-10.

Cardinal Gibbons came out on top in a nail-biter against King's Academy when the teams last played back in March of 2024, sneaking past 2-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Chiefs since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
