Softball Recap: Bourbon County Comes Up Short

Bourbon County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Henry Clay Blue Devils, falling 10-1. The Colonels were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Blue Devils apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2017.

Bourbon County's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Henry Clay, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-6.

Coming up, Bourbon County will be taking part in a tournament against Webster County at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Henry Clay, they will challenge Bryan Station at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
