Baseball Recap: Carrollton Drops Highest Score of Season Against Michigan Lutheran Seminary

Carrollton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-4 heartbreaker at the hands of the Michigan Lutheran Seminary Cardinals. On the bright side, the four- run performance marked the Cavaliers' highest-scoring game to date.

Carrollton saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luke Garchow, who went 1-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Adrian Becker was another, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one RBI.

Carrollton's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Michigan Lutheran Seminary, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-1.
