Volleyball Recap: Larkin Comes Up Short

Larkin had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Streamwood Sabres on Saturday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 12 in a row.

The victory (which was Streamwood's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Coincidentally, Larkin and Streamwood will both be playing South Elgin the next time they take the court. Streamwood will head out to face South Elgin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while Larkin will play them later in the day, at 10:00 a.m.
