Basketball Preview: Montgomery Catholic Knights vs. Bullock County Hornets        
        
		
            
 The Montgomery Catholic Knights will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bullock County Hornets at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
 Last Tuesday,  things could have been worse for Montgomery Catholic, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a  63-44 loss to the Thunderbirds. While losing is never fun, Montgomery Catholic can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings  (they are ranked 247th, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 93rd).
 Meanwhile,  even though Handley scored an imposing 59 points on Tuesday, Bullock County still came out on top. Bullock County skirted past the Tigers  62-59.
  Jaden Taylor went supernova for Bullock County,  dropping  a double-double on 19 points and ten  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Taylor has scored all season.  Trevone Palmer was another key contributor,  dropping  a double-double on 13 points and ten  rebounds.
 Montgomery Catholic has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost four of their last five games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 10-11 record this season. As for Bullock County, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won seven of their last nine contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season.
 Montgomery Catholic beat the Hornets 47-37  in their previous meeting  last Friday. Will Montgomery Catholic repeat their success,  or do  the Hornets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
