Volleyball Recap: Libby Has No Trouble Against Browning

Libby's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They blew past the Browning Indians 3-0. The victory continues a trend for the Loggers in their matchups with the Indians: they've now won four in a row.

While Libby won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 26-24, 25-18.

Their offense was headlined by Leah Rusdal and Maddie Willis, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Rylee Delmas and her eight assists. Augie Bailey controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Libby's win bumped their record up to 2-11. As for Browning, they are on a 28-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-18.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Libby is set to take on their familiar foe Polson on Thursday. Meanwhile, Browning will square off against rival Bigfork at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
