Basketball Recap: Santa Monica Takes a Loss

Santa Monica lost against Saugus back in November of 2018 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Santa Monica Vikings took a 44-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saugus Centurions.

Santa Monica has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-7 record this season. As for Saugus, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Santa Monica will take on Antelope Valley at 10:30 a.m. on Friday. As for Saugus, they will face off against Palisades at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
