The Glide Wildcats are taking a road trip to challenge the Marshfield Pirates at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Glide has three straight wins, Marshfield has ten straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

On Friday, Glide made easy work of Siuslaw and carried off a 14-1 victory. Considering the Wildcats have won ten matchups by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Ella Weber made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
