Two dominant backs in Jacob Jimenez and Jaleel Sutton are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Chino Hills Huskies will head out to take on the Etiwanda Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Chino Hills' defense has only allowed 13.6 points per game this season, so Etiwanda's offense will have their work cut out for them.
Chino Hills' defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Ayala 49-0. The contest marked the Huskies' most dominant victory of the season.

Alex Medyn went supernova, rushing for 61 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 281 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 76.2% of his passes. That's the most passing yards he has posted since back in September of 2024. 123 of Medyn's passing yards were hauled in by Calum Ferrell.
Special teams also played a big role in the game for Chino Hills, adding 13 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Azari Warren, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Meanwhile, Etiwanda lost to Damien at home by a 49-31 margin on Friday. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 128th, while the Spartans are ranked 28th).
Chino Hills will have to keep a close watch on Keegan Campuzano and Brandon Andrade, a pair of players who had a big impact on Etiwanda's prior game. Campuzano rushed for 43 yards and two scores, while Andrade picked up 123 receiving yards and one touchdown. Andrade showed off some serious burst, connecting on a big catch for 56 yards.
The win made it two in a row for Chino Hills and bumps their season record up to 5-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 38.0 points over those games. As for Etiwanda, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Chino Hills against Etiwanda when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 38-7 win. In that matchup, the Huskies amassed a halftime lead of 28-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
