The Amsterdam Rams will face off against the Queensbury Spartans at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Amsterdam will be strutting in after a win while Queensbury will be coming in after a defeat.
Amsterdam lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Hudson Falls, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's game. The Rams blew past the Tigers 8-2 on Friday.
AJ Lopez and Christian Perez were major factors while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Lopez tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Perez struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. What's more, Lopez posted three strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April. At bat, Lopez went 2-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double, while Perez got on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs. Amsterdam is undefeated when Perez posts two or more runs, but 4-9 otherwise.

Logan Miller was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
