New Braunfels Thunder won the last time they faced DaVinci and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Homeschool were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Lions.

One reason for the win was New Braunfels Thunder's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-11.

Peyton Callas paced New Braunfels Thunder's offense, picking up ten kills. Callas got some help from Maddison Heiser and her ten assists. Junie Flores controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

When it comes to explaining why DaVinci lost, don't look at Madisyn Castillo. Despite the final result, she had 15 digs and three aces. Castillo has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last four times she's played.

New Braunfels Thunder has been performing well recently as they've won 15 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-5-1 record this season. As for DaVinci, their loss ended a seven-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 20-8-1.
