Soccer Recap: Olympian's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Olympian can finally bid farewell to their eight-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They skirted past the Montgomery Aztecs 2-1. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Aztecs, too.

Olympian's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-9-1. As for Montgomery, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Olympian will square off against Sweetwater at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Sweetwater is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season. As for Montgomery, they will challenge Canyon Crest Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
