Granby Memorial won the last time they faced Morgan and things went their way on Saturday too. The Granby Memorial Bears came out on top against the Morgan Huskies by a score of 40-28. The victory was just business as usual for the Bears, who after four games remain undefeated this season.

Despite the loss, Morgan still got an impressive performance from Sadie Passante, who went 6 of 13 on her way to 14 points in addition to six boards and four steals. Passante is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed four or more in the last three games she's played.

Granby Memorial's record is now 4-0. As for Morgan, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Granby Memorial will challenge East Windsor at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Granby Memorial's defense has only allowed 25.5 points per game this season, so East Windsor's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Morgan, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 56-36 win against Haddam-Killingworth on the 30th.
