It was a good run, but Cedar Park unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Georgetown Eagles by a score of 2-1. The Timberwolves were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Cedar Park's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Georgetown, their win bumped their record up to 9-5.

Cedar Park didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against New Braunfels on the 22nd. As for Georgetown, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Tivy on the 22nd.
