Hayward was the 40-31 winner over Osceola when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Hayward Hurricanes took a 41-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Osceola Chieftains. The Hurricanes' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Hayward now has a losing record at 7-8. As for Osceola, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-6.

Hayward will take on Northwestern at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwestern will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something Hayward surely won't give up without a fight. As for Osceola, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Altoona at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
