Soccer Recap: Fernley Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Fernley lost against Truckee back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Vaqueros came up short against the Wolverines, falling 6-2. That's two games in a row now that Fernley have lost by exactly four goals.

Jesus Infante and Todd Wickenden scored both of Fernley's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Fernley dropped their record down to 0-5-2 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Truckee, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Coincidentally, Fernley and Truckee will both be playing North Tahoe the next time they take the pitch. The Wolverines will head out to face the Lakers at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Vaqueros will host them at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
