Volleyball Recap: Discovery Comes Up Short

Discovery managed to slip by Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Warriors lost 3-0 to the Mustang on Thursday. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

While Discovery had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20, 25-18.

Discovery's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9-1. As for Magnolia Science Academy Van Nuys, their victory bumped their record up to 8-6.

As of now, neither Discovery nor the Mustang have any future games scheduled.
