Volleyball Game Preview: Panorama Pythons vs. Monroe Vikings

The Panorama Pythons will face off against the Monroe Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Monroe took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Panorama, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Panorama got the win against Arleta by a conclusive 3-0.

Panorama not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Arleta between 15 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Monroe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to Poly.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-13, 25-15.

Panorama is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season. Monroe's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7.

Everything went Panorama's way against Monroe in their previous meeting back in February of 2023, as Panorama made off with a 3-0 victory. Will Panorama repeat their success, or does Monroe has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
