Softball Recap: Burbank Titans vs. Foothill Mustangs

Burbank had lost four straight at home, but on Wednesday they dropped down to 1-12 to make it five. They lost 21-2 to the Foothill Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Mustangs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 21-5 on Wednesday.

As for Foothill, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 10-5. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won nine matchups by 11 runs or more so far this season.

Burbank wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 20-0 defeat against Fairfield on the 1st. As for Foothill, they have also already played their next contest, a 7-0 loss against Johnson on the 1st.
