Soccer Recap: Wabash Comes Up Short

Wabash was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the Blackford Bruins, falling 3-0. The match was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Wabash struggled afterwards.

Wabash's loss dropped their record down to 0-10-1. As for Blackford, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-7-1.

Wabash didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 defeat against Peru on the 23rd. As for Blackford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 9-4 loss against Mississinewa on the 20th.
