Preview: Bozeman Bucks vs. Holmes County Blue Devils

The Bozeman Bucks will take on the Holmes County Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
With a playoff game on the line, Bozeman rose to the challenge on Friday. They managed a 37-31 win over Northview. This was one game where the offenses had no trouble playing at a high level.
Bozeman got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Peyton Gay out in front who threw for 256 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 96 yards on only 13 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of John Hanson, who picked up 160 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Even though Holmes County has not done well against Chipley recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Holmes County took down Chipley 26-7.
Landon Lumpkin was on fire: he rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also picked up 39 receiving yards.
Bozeman's victory bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Holmes County, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.
Keep an eye on the end zone in Friday's game as the two teams haven't had much trouble getting there this season. Bozeman commands a daunting offense this season, having averaged 7.4 touchdowns per game. However, it's not like Holmes County struggles in that department as they've been averaging 5.2 per game.
