While Sarasota Christian put up some runs on Friday, the same can't be said for Babcock. The Sarasota Christian Blazers blew past the Babcock Trailblazers 10-0. Considering the Blazers have won four contests by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Rowan Baum made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. He also put up a triple, which was his first of the season.
