Softball Recap: St. John's Islanders vs. Baptist Hill Bobcats

St. John won the last time they faced Baptist Hill, and things went their way on Tuesday too. The St. John's Islanders blew past the Baptist Hill Bobcats 12-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. John's.

Kennedy Moore made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned run off two hits. Moore was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two runs, a triple, and an RBI.

In other batting news, St. John's got a massive performance out of Danae Brown, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-2. Another player making a difference was Sanaa Rhoades, who scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
