Soccer Game Preview: Ridgeview vs. Abingdon + How To Watch

For the second straight game, Ridgeview will face off against Abingdon. The Wolfpack will welcome the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ridgeview's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Ridgeview fell victim to Abingdon and their airtight defense on Monday. They came up short against the Falcons, falling 12-0. While losing is never fun, Ridgeview can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Virginia soccer rankings (they are ranked 308th, while Abingdon are ranked 85th).

The victory (which was Abingdon's sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 44 goals over those six matches. As for Ridgeview, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
