Softball Recap: Lakeside Takes a Loss

Lakeside fell victim to Glynn Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 8-0 to the Terrors. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Lakeside dropped their record down to 8-16 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Glynn Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season.

While Lakeside had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
