Glenvar proved they can win big last Monday (they won by 19) and on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past the Hidden Valley Titans 7-5. This was payback for the Highlanders, who suffered a 4-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

Glenvar's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Glenvar will challenge Northside at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Hidden Valley, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Lord Botetourt at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hidden Valley is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak dating back to last season.
