Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Sophia Mahon stepped things up a notch to give Immaculate Heart Academy the 'W'. Mahon had eight kills and three blocks, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had seven or more in each of the last six games she's played.

Looking ahead, Mahon and Immaculate Heart Academy will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Academy of the Holy A at 5:30 p.m. The Blue Eagles have been dominating at home and they will enter the matchup having won three straight home matches .
