Basketball Recap: Iowa-Grant Takes a Loss

Iowa-Grant lost against Fennimore back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Iowa-Grant Panthers fell 57-50 to the Fennimore Golden Eagles.

Iowa-Grant's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Fennimore, their win bumped their record up to 11-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Iowa-Grant will venture away from home to square off against Lancaster at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lancaster knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past six contests -- so hopefully Iowa-Grant likes a good challenge. As for Fennimore, they are taking a road trip to take on Wauzeka-Steuben at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
