Basketball Recap: Master's Hand Christian Wins Going Away Against Eastwood Christian

Master's Hand Christian saw some tournament action on Friday. Everything went their way against Eastwood Christian as they made off with a 71-47 win. Master's Hand Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 22 points or more this season.

Braedon Canuteson produced another solid effort dropping a double-double with 23 points and 16 rebounds. That's the most points he has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Nelson, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 16 boards.

Master's Hand Christian smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in three consecutive matchups.

Master's Hand Christian's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Eastwood Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Coming up, Master's Hand Christian and Trinity Christian Homeschool will face off at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played.
