Bibb County gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Thursday. They secured a 58-54 W over the Central Falcons. That's more bragging rights for the Choctaws, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Among those leading the charge was Kenterryon Carr, who posted 19 points. Another player making a difference was Artavious Crews, who scored 13 points.

Central's loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Bibb County will square off against Montevallo at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Central, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Tuscaloosa County at 2:30 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons will need to watch out since the Wildcats have now posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
