Midland Christian won the last time they faced Grapevine Faith Christian and things went their way on Saturday too. The Mustangs came out on top against the Lions by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustangs.

Midland Christian was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-23, 24-26, 25-12.

Midland Christian's win bumped their record up to 16-20. As for Grapevine Faith Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-17-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Midland Christian will face off against rival Trinity Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Grapevine Faith Christian is set to square off against their familiar foe Fort Worth Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
