If Springfield wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played McDonald, they should've done a better job of containing Miley Titus. The Blue Devils blew past the Tigers 3-0 on Tuesday for which the team can thank Titus, who had 19 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last eight games she's played.

While McDonald won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-22, 25-17.

When it comes to explaining why Springfield lost, don't look at Emily Conner. Despite the final result, she had eight digs and three aces.

McDonald's win bumped their record up to 10-3. As for Springfield, their loss ended a three-match streak of away wins and brought them to 10-6.

McDonald has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against LaBrae on the 24th. As for Springfield, they will challenge McKinley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
