Clarkson/Leigh entered their tilt with Madison on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Dragons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Clarkson/Leigh took both sets by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-10.

Maizie Stoklasa paced Clarkson/Leigh's offense, picking up 12 kills. Stoklasa got some help from Kendall Schneider and her 22 assists. Schneider was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Clarkson/Leigh's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Madison, they moved to 5-22 with that defeat, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Clarkson/Leigh has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Pender on the 16th. As for Madison, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Tekamah-Herman on the 18th.
